Overview

Contract law and commercial transactions require an understanding of both the common law system of contracts as well as the uniform system, known as the Uniform Commercial Code, and the distinctions between the two. This week we will focus on the common law understandings of how to form a contract, and relevant terminology that will be used throughout the course.
