Welcome to the Module: Lean Process Improvement Tools 1

Purpose: Lean construction strives to improve construction performance primarily by integrating the actions of the stakeholders. This can be made even more effective by applying some analytical techniques that have been adapted to the construction environment. This module will focus on Lean process improvement tools that have provided significant improvement at the project level. Subsequent to measuring the current state of the key processes, the Lean process improvement tools make it possible to establish challenging yet practical goals and implement competitive business strategies.
