Provide answers to the following multiple choice questions. This final test opens at 8:00 AM on Thursday, May 5th and must be completed by 11:5m PM on Monday, May 9th. The test is timed. You can start it anytime, but once you start the test you will have two hours to complete it. DO NOT OPEN THE TEST UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO TAKE IT!

This test is completely open book - you can use any of your course materials, and you are free to use the internet or any other information sources at your disposal to help you answer the questions. You may not communicate with any other students in the class or solicit help from any other people while you are completing the exam.
