Final Exam

You need to submit your answers before the exam window closes at midnight Central Time on May 13^th.

This exam is worth 25 points. 

You will answer the questions in the answer sheet file.  When finished you should upload it and your model files.  You may upload additional files if that will help me understand your work.

If you upload a file but are not ready to submit your exam you do not have to click a button to save your work.  If you stop and come back later, you should see a “Resume Quiz” button to start again.

DO NOT CLICK SUBMIT UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY DONE AND READY TO SUBMIT YOUR ANSWERS.

Once you click submit, you cannot change your answers.

You may use any resources to answer this exam except you are not permitted to discuss the exam with anyone except your instructor.  You are free to ask your instructor clarifying questions about anything that is unclear.

This exam covers the entire course with emphasis on Chapter 8 and later in the textbook.

The first file has the midterm exam questions.  The grading rubric for the Arena model question is included. If you have questions about how to answer anything, the rubric may help.

Place your answers in the Answer Sheet file. 

When you are finished with the exam, upload:

1. Your completed Answer Sheet file
2. Your Arena model files (.doe files). You should have two files, one file for each case

Do not click submit until you are completely finished.  Once you click submit, you cannot change your answers.
