Archives Assignment 2: Text Analysis

• Assignment 2 asks you to do a text analysis of two documents which will be provided to you in class. You should use the document analysis work sheet  to aid you in conducting the analysis.  You should complete the work sheet for both documents and then write an essay (3-4 pages double spaced) on the significance of the two documents.  The key question for your essay is: What do these documents say about the political and constitutional interaction between the President and the Congress?
