    For this memo, you are asked to jumpstart your research for the group project and your individual paper.  This short writing assignment should contain the following elements:

    • Identify five to seven dates that are significant to the narrative of your project;
    • Identify resources in the Carl Albert Congressional Archives that you believe will be relevant to the project;
    • Propose a topic for your individual paper;
    • Describe briefly the constitutional issues relevant to your topics; and
    • Describe briefly elements of the congressional policy process which may come into play in this project.

     

    Your paper should be no longer than 250 words.  The points for this assignment will be added to your group score.
