• Course content tested: This Midterm Exam will gauge your understanding of material presented and discussed the first half of the course. 
• Quiz format: 25 multiple-choice and true/false questions
• Time limit: 180 minutes
• Number of attempts: 1

Special Note: You must look over the lecture materials in order to do well on the practice quizzes. Several of the questions that are posed on the quizzes will not be directly found in the lectures. However, you are asked to take what is being taught and apply it to related concepts and themes using critical thinking skills to select the best answer. While some of the questions will be taken directly from the material, others will require you to use advanced skills that reflect graduate-level work and knowledge.

• Collaborating, or completing the quiz with others in the class, is not permitted.
• Copying or reusing previous work is not permitted.
• Open-book research for the quiz is permitted and encouraged.
