The Drug Attitude Inventory-10 (DAI-10)

Answer the 10 questions on the Drug Attitude Inventory (DAI-10) honestly. Respond honestly, and then use your score as a guide to be a client. There is no right or wrong way to respond. Your score will range between 0 and 100.

Be prepared to discuss the following questions in the next Live Session based on your score:

• In the role of Therapist: Using depression as a mental issue, how are you going to support your client if their Dr. has prescribed medication?
• In the role of a Client: What will help you to take your prescription? 

Note: This is not a graded assignment. A point value was created, and it appears on the grade sheet only because that is the only way to create this exercise in Canvas using the quiz application so that you can receive your "score" on the DAI. However, your score is not a grade. This is an attitude inventory, not a test. Some people will score high and some will score low. A high score is not necessarily good (or bad) and a low score is not necessarily bad (or good). Rest assured that the point settings will be removed from the grade sheet after we have completed our discussion of this class exercise.
