Overview

In this module, we will examine the idea of leading improvement for schools from the role of an administrator. We will examine both research articles and presentations from expert practitioners and improve our understanding of how to lead, manage, and develop improvement.

Lastly, we will work to make connections with the four distinct areas we have covered this semester. I want you to spend time during this module making connections, thinking back on what we have covered, and begin putting all these pieces together to be the best administrator possible.
