Overview

This week we will discuss the Study, Data, and Methods section of your proposal. This is the longest part of the proposal and describes the technical approach you will use. While this is the longest part to write, it is also often the easiest part to write because it is a straightforward description of the work you will be doing and the data you will be using. We will also discuss Geospatial Data Standards and the Geospatial Data Act. You might not describe the data standards in great detail in your proposal, but in professional proposals you often as asked to submit a data management plan.
