About This Quiz

You are required to complete the following (free) training prior to providing services to clients. Watch the 90-minute Telemental Health Best Practices Webinar on your own time.

• You will need to take and pass this quiz.
• A passing score is 80% or higher (12 out of 15 correct) satisfy this training requirement.
  • You will have three attempts to score at least 80% correct on this quiz. Don't forget to review the information included in the training if you do not pass on your first attempt. 
• Please be sure to answer the final question or the score will not post.
• Contact the P/I Coordinator if you encounter any issues accessing the video and/or quiz.
• Make sure you notify your P/I instructor once you have completed the quiz so that they can score it and approve you for telehealth.

• Copying or reusing previous work is not permitted.
