Completion of the introspection questions will help you to prepare you Personal Leadership Development Plan.  

It is acceptable to copy your answers into your Personal Leadership Development Plan (i.e., it will not be considered plagiarism if you copy text from your introspection answers into your plan).

By the end of this assignment you should be able to

• Analyze your leadership traits, styles, and experiences.
• Evaluate and describe your past experiences in specific leadership situations.
• Express/relate/ key take-aways, lessons learned, actions to take for leadership improvement

Directions

1. Read the textbook chapters, Chapters 9 and 10.
2. Answer the three questions with short answer responses, about 3-8 sentences each.  

Grading

You will automatically receive full credit once all the questions are answered.  There are no right or wrong answers to the questions, but your submissions will be checked to confirm actual answers were entered. Your responses will be reviewed to confirm that the writing:
