About This Assignment

The questionnaires for these chapters help to identify how you view leadership and explore your perceptions of different aspects of leadership and to gain an understanding of how traits are used in leadership assessment and obtain an assessment of your own leadership traits. After completing the questionnaires, answer the questions in this survey quiz. 

Objectives

• Identify and reflect on your leadership traits, styles, conceptions, and theories.
• Communicate what you can apply to your leadership plan.

Directions

Look in the textbook and find the Questionnaires at the end of the two chapters.  

1. Complete 1.3 Conceptualizing Leadership Questionnaire. 
2. Complete 2.3 Leadership Traits Questionnaire.
3. Answer the two reflection questions about your survey results.

Grading

Students will automatically receive full credit once all the questions are answered. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions, but your submissions will be checked to confirm that actual answers were entered.

Note: It is acceptable to copy your answers to these questions into your Personal Leadership Development Plan (i.e., it will not be considered plagiarism if you copy text from your answers into your plan).
