COURT CASE QUIZ: BLUE SHIP TEA ROOM

To ensure (and encourage) the reading and informal written briefing of the assigned court cases, everyone will take a short (one minute) quiz on the assigned court cases prior to discussing the case in class. For this quiz, you may consult and copy from a FIRAC that you wrote to answer the question. You will have one minute to copy and paste (or answer, if you did not do a FIRAC) the requested element of the FIRAC into the quiz.  After you are done, please submit the quiz immediately. 

You may use only the FIRAC YOU PREPARED (IN YOUR OWN WORDS AND BASED ONLY ON THE CASE ASSIGNED) TO ANSWER THE QUESTION. Using the internet or any other source will result in a zero.
