About This Assignment

- Explain the cost-benefit analysis to justify the investment.
Timeline and Milestones:
- Outline the project timeline and key milestones.
- Emphasize any critical dates or phases in the project lifecycle.
Risk Management:
- Discuss potential risks and the strategies in place to mitigate them.
- Reassure the committee of your preparedness to handle unforeseen issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify key stakeholders and your plan for engaging them throughout the project.

Request for Approval:
