About This Quiz

This assignment continues our look at The Phoenix Project narrative. Once again, the objective is to help you integrate the lecture content with the content from The Phoenix Project. While the book dramatizes the situations surrounding a fictionalized firm's attempts at righting the ship on a project that has gone askew, many of the situations discussed and scenarios presented reflect real-life situations that have taken place and continue to take place in many firms today. You may even recognize some of these situations within your firms.

It is highly recommended that you read the assigned chapters from the book and listen to the Module Lectures before attempting to address the following questions. However, before reading the assigned material, familiarize yourself with the questions in this assignment and then read actively to find answers. 

You need to be as specific as possible in your answers. For example, statements like: "IT is an extremely important part of the organization" or "IT is a key driver for Parts Unlimited" are much too general. Instead, choose statements like the following: What specifically about IT makes it essential for the firm in question?  What are the actual IT drivers for the firm & how do they drive the firm towards their objectives? 

You will be encouraged to research on your own to address specific questions. These can be Internet searches or referencing readings that you may have done in other courses.
