But their relative importance is likely to vary. Based on course concepts and team discussions, the top forces or factors were identified by each team.
Completion of the Greek Olive Oil case brings together many of the elements of the course. In particular, you have identified the costs that impact a global supply chain and then considered whether or not the primary channel participants can achieve their financial goals. At the end of the day, firms have to operate profitably or there is no reason to pursue business globally.
