This week, you will read several cases, which we will discuss during our Live Session.

Chapter 6: Intentional Torts

• Mathias (p 201) (13^th – 17^th ed.)
• Durham (p 207) (15^th – 17^th ed.)

Chapter 7: Negligence and Strict Liability

• Currie (p 252) (14^th – 17^th ed.)
• Stahlecker (p 269) (13^th – 17^th ed.)

Your assignment is to submit a 200-300 word 'case brief' for one of the cases. During our Live Session, you will be asked to lead or actively engage in the discussion on your case. You must complete and upload your brief by noon on Thursday.

Briefs are assigned alphabetically by your surname. Each student must submit 1 case brief.
