This week, you will read the following case, which we will discuss during our Live Session.

Chapter 9: Intro to Contracts

Your assignment is to submit a 200-300 word 'case brief' for the case. (The text and video lecture on Briefing Cases explain how to brief case.) During our Live Session, you will be asked to lead or actively engage in the discussion on your case. You must complete and upload your brief by noon on Thursday.
