This exam is designed to assess your mastery of the learning outcomes for all Modules. All material is fair game. The majority of items are taken from class discussions. Therefore, if you were to create a course outline as a means of preparing for the exam, you should base the outline on your class notes, supplemented by the textbook.

This final exam is a mixture of auto-graded items, short answers and essay questions. For "multiple choice" items, please read the question very carefully. Choose the BEST answer of those listed. For "short answer" items and "essay questions", write your answer in the provided text field. Some items on the exam test mastery of the basic legal rules, concepts and the vocabulary of the course. Other questions present hypothetical fact patterns where students demonstrate an ability to identify the legal issue and to apply the concepts of the course to those issues.

The exam will open on Tuesday at 7pm (Central) and close at 11:59pm (Central). You have two hours to complete the exam, unless you have an accommodation. If you purposefully, or inadvertently, close the quiz window, you may re-enter by clicking the "Resume Quiz" button. Your answers will automatically be saved, but note the timer will continue to countdown to zero and automatically submit your quiz when the provided time runs out.

You will have only one attempt for this exam (i.e. there will not be an opportunity to re-take it and improve your score). After you submit the exam you will no longer be able to access it.

• Collaborating, or completing the exam with others, is not permitted.
• Copying or reusing previous work is not permitted.
• Open-book research for the exam is permitted.
