Module 2: Problem Formulation

Post your ideas here on how to formulate a non-map based search.  First state the problem and then state the problem formulation.  Feel free to make suggestions on your fellow student’s problem setups as well - we don’t need 60 ideas that are all very similar.  A few really interesting, unique and well thought out ideas will be great!
