Overview

How is it that we provide value in the construction industry? We will use a construct called the “Value Chain” to help us compare and contrast the commercial sector with the single-family residential sector. We will also explore the different core competencies of general contractors and develop a better understanding of why this is important when attempting to secure new projects.
