Course Details

Focus on managing projects, a project is a complex, non-routine, one-time effort limited by time, budget, resources, and performance specifications designed to meet customer needs. Several characteristics make project management a particularly challenging management task. Project management concepts apply to many other types of organizational activities, e.g., managing task forces and committees.
