The exam will be available for you to take any time between Monday, December 4 at 12:01 a.m. (Central) to Sunday, December 10 at 11:59 p.m. (Central).
This is a closed-book exam. You may have handwritten notes on the front and back of a 4" X 6" notecard only. No outside assistance of any kind is allowed.
You are allowed and encouraged to work your problems on a separate sheet of blank paper. Remember, partial credit may be available if I see that you have worked the problem and have the problem partially correct. A Canvas assignment (EXAM 4 - Worksheet & Note Card) has been created for you to upload a phone picture or scan of your worksheet AND your note card (front and back). You will have 15 minutes after you submit the exam to submit your worksheet and note card to the EXAM4 Worksheet & Note Card assignment.
The exam has eleven (11) questions, some of which have multiple parts. Point allocations (out of 100) are indicated next to each question. You have 120 minutes to complete the exam. Use your time wisely.
- Please keep in mind that once you access the exam, the clock starts ticking. You will have exactly 120 minutes to complete it. After you click "submit quiz", you will not be able to re-enter the exam.

Answer Formatting
- If a question asks you to calculate a specific number, please be sure to clearly mark your final answer by highlighting it.
- Round monetary answers to the nearest whole dollar as necessary.
- All information needed to answer each question correctly should be provided within the questions. However, if you feel it is necessary to make additional assumptions to complete a problem, be sure to state those clearly as part of your answer.

- Getting help from your peers on the assignment is not permitted.
- Collaborating, or completing the assignment with others in the class, is not permitted.
- Copying or reusing previous work is not permitted.
- Open-book research for the assignment not permitted.
