SURVEY: Peer Evaluation

Use this ungraded survey to provide peer evaluation feedback on your Final Group Project team members. 

Individual student contributions to the final Group Project will be considered as an extra credit opportunity that could impact the Final Course Grade. The instructor will use the peer evaluation survey feedback to round up final student grades (if applicable).
