About This Assignment

The questionnaires for these chapters help identify your attitudes and perspectives regarding cultural diversity
become aware of and understand your prejudices and biases, understand the potential consequences of your approach to diversity in the workplace, and identify your attitudes about out-group members and explore how you - as a leader - respond to out-group members. After completing the questionnaires, answer the questions in this survey quiz. 

Objectives

  • Identify and reflect on your leadership traits, styles, conceptions, and theories.
  • Communicate what you can apply to your leadership plan.

Directions

Look in the textbook and find the Questionnaires at the end of the two chapters. Complete the Questionnaires before reading the chapters. 

  1. Complete 9.3 Cultural and Diversity Awareness Questionnaire. 
  2. Complete 10.3 Building Community Questionnaire.
  3. Enter your scores from the two chapter questionnaires and respond to the reflection questions.
