MIS 3353 – Final Exam Rules
You have 120 minutes for this exam.
Departmental Honesty Statement (MANDATORY):
By taking this exam, I acknowledge that:

• I am aware of the University of Oklahoma’s policies regarding academic honesty, plagiarism, and cheating.
• The work I am submitting is entirely my own, developed during the exam session.
• I have not communicated with anyone else about this exam.
• I will not discuss the content of this exam with anyone, in any form, after the exam.

Failure to comply with any of the above may result in:

• Receiving a 0 on the exam
• Earning an F in MIS 3353
• Being reported to the OU Academic Integrity Office

General Exam Rules:

• This is an in-person, closed-book, and closed-notes exam.
• You are not allowed to use any AI tools, including ChatGPT or any similar platforms.
• The only programs/websites you may access are:
  • Canvas (canvas.ou.edu)
  • SQL Server (for executing queries)
• Phones must be turned off and stored away.

SQL Serve Access info (If Needed):

You may write down:

• Your username
• Your password
• Your database number (e.g., 3353SXXX)
• Server connection information

These should already be saved on your computer. You are not allowed to browse elsewhere or retrieve other files.

Seating and Exam Environment:

• Do not sit next to the same person you've sat next to all semester.
• No collaboration of any kind is allowed.

Academic Integrity Reminder:

Violating any part of these instructions will be considered a breach of academic integrity and will result in:

• An F in the course
• Formal reporting to the OU Academic Integrity Office.
