Group Evaluations

Please fill out the following evaluation for your study group this semester. Your responses won’t be shared with group members, so I encourage you to be truthful and honest. Additionally, part of your grade for this will be based on thoughtfulness. I do not expect (or necessarily want) your evaluations to be lengthy, but I do expect the responses to be thoughtful.

Half of your score (10 points) will be for you completing the evaluation thoughtfully, and the other half (10 points) will be based on your group members' evaluation of you. You will receive full credit upon completion of the survey, but I may adjust the grade after reading submissions.
