• This an Open Book Exam. You may use any materials from this course including articles, videos, Prucha readings, cases, statutes, Constitutional clauses, and any notes that you have prepared. You may not use any other outside sources.
• Do not present your answer as an outline or as a series of sentences or sentence fragments. Use complete sentences and organize your essay in paragraphs.
• Legal citations, in-text citations, and a reference list are not required. However, you need to clearly identify the legal sources and the author or professor by name when discussing material from the sources.
