Answer the following questions about your past experience and future career goals in the field. The data gathered in the survey will be used to assign you to a team so that each team has a balanced set of skills, experiences, and learning goals. 

Submit the survey during the first Live Session meeting, Tuesday, Week 1.

If you do not attend Live Session #1, please submit the survey by Sunday, Week 1.
