Course Goal
- At the end of the course, participants will be able to use the features learned in the course to build a course structure and set up a grade book.

- practice these features in your sample course
- promote peer sharing and learning

This miniature course is fully online and asynchronous. It is a 1- 2 hour per day commitment for 2 days.

Activities:
- Self-introduction in Discussions
- Review tutorials for the above features in Modules
- Start a development course, import your Sample Course to Discussions in Day 1, and practice these features
- Join Discussions to ask questions and also share your learning experience of these features

Features: Assignments, Quizzes, and Gradebook

- Review tutorials for the above features in Modules
- Keep building a sample assignment, a quiz, and a grade book in the sample course that you built in Day 1.

Assessments
- To let everyone see how a basic grade book works, we will grade the following activities.
- Post a self-introduction (50 pts) - Create and post your sample course (50 pts) - Practice Day 1 features in your sample course (50 pts) - Practice Day 2 features in your sample course (50 pts) - Discussions of features (not graded but strongly encouraged)
