Instructions
You have 180 minutes to complete the exam. You may use your NDS, NDS Supplement, ASD/LRFD Manual for Engineered Wood Construction, any notes that you have written in the codes, your notes on the lecture/background materials, and resources available on Canvas.
You have 3 hours to complete the exam, but it is written for a 1.25 hour class period. The additional time is for potential interruptions and to make sure you have time to scan and upload your answers. You may print the exam file and do your work on that, you may do your work on your own paper, or you may use a tablet to write out your work. If you use your own paper, you do not need to rewrite the given information. If you do not have a good scanner, a number of good apps for scanning are available for both iOS and Android. CamScanner is a good app that is available on both systems. If you have trouble scanning and do not get your files uploaded in time, please send me an email so that I know what happened.
